About
Inspired by nature, I aim to create art that breathes harmony into a space. I love studying the tides, watching the water pull back and forth, weaving in and out. I strive to capture that fleeting moment of magic between the waves—the moment of transformation between crest and trough.
By exploring the duality of yin and yang moments in nature, I try to express movement and life with my pieces. Before completing a piece, I will often create and destroy it a few times until satisfying a dynamic interplay of opposing, yet complimentary gestures. Through this process of creation and destruction, the piece becomes a meditation of exploring and understanding the interconnectedness of everything.
